According to the McCracken County Sheriff's Department, at 4:00 am Tuesday deputies were contacted by staff at Morning Side Assisted Living, located at 1700 Elmdale Road in Paducah, about a missing tenant.
Deputies say 85-year-old Mary Rhymer left the facility sometime overnight. Police say Rhymer suffers from dementia and requires medication.
Rhymer was found near the Rolling Hills Country Club area of Paducah at around 7:30 am, Tuesday.
