A Paducah man accused of breaking into a West Paducah home and weapons offenses has pleaded not guilty to all charges.

At a hearing Thursday morning in McCracken Circuit Court, 42-year-old Jon M. Mullins pleaded not guilty to burglary, criminal mischief, possession of a gun by a convicted felon, theft by unlawful taking and fleeing or evading police. The charges stem from a June burglary of a West Paducah home.

Police searched Mullins' home after his arrest, where they say they found several homemade explosive devices, along with Kevlar vests, tear gas, and ammunition. The home on Charleston Avenue is near a daycare facility and Lone Oak schools.

Circuit Judge Craig Clymer set a pretrial conference for September 8. Mullins could also face federal charges.
