Next Evening Upstairs at the Library Is July 19

PADUCAH, KY - Organizers of Evenings Upstairs at the McCracken County Public Library believe time with them will spark your imagination, nourish your spirit and expand your mind. 

The time spent upstairs at the library is all about authors, scholars, poets, storytellers, discussions, rich Paducah history, Chautauqua performances, public forum of ideas and Kentucky’s past  re-visited.

The next Evening Upstairs is Thursday, July 19 at 7 pm and will feature Vice President Alben W. Barkley in His Own Words with Judge Christopher Shea Nickell, Kentucky Court of Appeals.

The History of the Paducah Auxiliary Fire and Rescue Corps/Civil Defense in McCracken County with Jack Johnston Emergency Rescue is on August 23 at 7 pm.
