PADUCAH, KY - Paducah Police took a man and a juvenile into custody Wednesday night after responding to a complaint of a loud party at Charleston apartments on Jefferson Street.
Police say 23-year-old Jach Hayes of Indiana originally gave them two different names and three different social security numbers, but after officers discovered items reported stolen earlier this week from a home on Jackson Street, Hayes gave the correct name.
He is listed in the National Crime Information Computer system as charged in a Will County, Illinois warrant with aggravated criminal sexual abuse.
Hayes was booked into the McCracken County Regional Jail.
A seventeen-year-old female was also taken into custody as a fugitive from justice. She is charged in a Joliet, Illinois warrant with failure to appear.
She was lodged in the McCracken County Juvenile Detention Facility.
