Nominees For District Court Judge Announced

PADUCAH, KY - Nominees have been announced to fill the vacancy for District Court Judge in the 2nd Judicial District Division 1 of McCracken County.

The three nominees are Paducah attorneys Todd Stewart Jones, Joe Christopher “Chris” McNeill, and Charles David Walter.

Jones is an assistant county attorney for McCracken County.  McNeill currently works with the Kentucky Department of Public Advocacy.  Walter is with Boehl, Stopher and Graves in Paducah.

The judgeship was left vacant when Judge Tony Kitchen was appointed as McCracken County circuit court judge in August.

Governor Matt Bevin has 60 days to appoint a judge from among the nominees.
