According to Paducah Police, detectives received information from the U.S. Marshals service that 37-year-old George Fraction was living and working in Paducah, and was listed as “absconder or non-compliant” on the Illinois Sex Offender Registry.
A check with local Probation and Parole officials revealed he had not registered in Kentucky as a sex offender.

He told detectives during an interview that he has lived in Paducah since early 2018, and has never registered with the Kentucky Sex Offender Registry.
