Kentucky State Police report that 30-year-old Adam Miller of Paducah was driving north on Old Mayfield Road about 12:15 am when his pickup left the road and struck a culvert. The vehicle rolled several times, and Miller was thrown from the truck. He was pronounced dead on the scene by the McCracken County Coroner's Office.
A passenger in the truck, 27-year-old Sarah Little, was taken by Mercy EMS to Lourdes Hospital for treatment of her injuries.
Neither person in the truck was wearing a seatbelt.
Troopers were assisted on the scene by B.A.'s Wrecker Service, Hendron Fire Department, and the McCracken County Sheriff's Department.
