Overdose Leads to Arrest of Two Paducah Men

In response to an overdose last Tuesday, the Paducah Police opened an investigation that led to the arrest of two Paducah men.

According to the Paducah Police Department, on Tuesday July 16 they responded to a local hotel in regards to an overdose.  While on the scene officers located what appeared to be counterfeit oxycodone pills.  Shortly after, Paducah drug detectives opened an investigation.

On Friday July 19, drug detectives served a search warrant at a home on Iroquois Drive.  As detectives arrived on scene, officers say Justin Stills was seen leaving the home.  Shortly after, officers pulled over Stills and placed him under arrest after allegedly recovering 1.6 pounds of marijuana, $618 in cash, thc vape cartridges, edible marijuana gummies, xanax pills, oxycodone pills that appeared to be counterfeit, and various other drug paraphernalia.

Kestin McClane was also arrested after a search of the home and was charged with trafficking marijuana, as well as tampering with physical evidence after officers say he attempted to leave the residence carrying a backpack allegedly containing approximately one-fourth pound of marijuana and $842 in cash.

Stills and McClane were lodged in the McCracken County Jail.
