PADUCAH, KY - Paducah Cooperative Ministry is saying "Thank You" by inviting the community to attend its "Fresh Start Open House", taking place at 2001 North 12th Street today from noon - 4 pm. Anyone who has been involved in the planning and development of this property is invited to attend, along with anyone who would like to see the Fresh Start House. 
 
Paducah Cooperative Ministry (PCM) is proud and excited to showcase the Fresh Start Transition House for the first time to the public. PCM began a journey in 2006, with a dream to open a transitional shelter program for women re-entering the community after incarceration, and decided to call the project “Fresh Start.”

The process began with a proposal to the Local Redevelopment Authority to acquire a building being vacated by the Army Reserve at 2001 North 12th St. Once PCM obtained the property, many different renovations were necessary to ready the building for occupancy. They are ready to show the hard work of many volunteers and say thank you!
