Paducah Man Arrested on Burglary Charge
By West Kentucky Star Staff
PADUCAH - A Paducah man was arrested Tuesday after police said he entered a home without permission and locked himself in a bedroom.

Tuesday morning, Paducah Police officers were called to a home on Meadow Lane where a woman told them that a man, later identified as 29-year-old Jeremy Priddy, had entered her home through an unlocked door then locked himself in an upstairs bedroom.

Police said Priddy was still in the bedroom when they arrived and was wielding a screwdriver.

Priddy was detained without incident and taken to Baptist Health for treatment, then arrested and lodged in the McCracken County Jail.

Priddy is charged with second-degree burglary and public intoxication of a controlled substance.
