Paducah Man Arrested on Meth, Marijuana Charges

A Paducah man was arrested Tuesday night on drug charges.

According to the McCracken County Sheriff's Office, deputies were conducting a routine patrol of the Clark's River boat ramp when they made contact with 56-year-old Richard D. Ford of Paducah, after noticing his motorcycle parked in the woods.

Deputies learned that Ford had an outstanding bench warrant out of McCracken County Circuit Court for a probation violation. The investigation also revealed that Ford was in possession of methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.

Ford was arrested and transported to the McCracken County Regional Jail. He's charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and on the warrant for probation violation.
