Paducah Man Arrested on Rape, Other Charges

PADUCAH - A Paducah man was arrested Wednesday on rape and other charges after a recent grand jury indictment.

At approximately 9 am, Troopers with the Kentucky State Police arrested 53-year-old Kelly Setters at his home on Oaks Road. The arrest was the result of an ongoing investigation that began in September.

Setters was indicted by a McCracken County Grand Jury on charges of first degree sodomy - victim under 12, first degree sexual abuse - victim under 12, first degree rape - victim under 12, two counts of first degree rape, three counts of third degree rape, second degree sodomy, four counts of first degree sexual abuse, second degree rape, incest, and third degree sodomy.

He was lodged in the McCracken County Jail.

Setters was previously arrested in November on charges of incest and prostitution after it was alleged he had a sexual relationship with a family member in exchange for drugs.
