Paducah Man Charged With Sex Offenses
By West Kentucky Star Staff
PADUCAH - A Paducah man has been charged with sex offenses including inappropriate conversations with a child on social media.

The Paducah Police Department says they began investigating after learning of inappropriate conversations on social media between 40-year-old David Tindell and a child.

While investigating, detectives say they determined Tindell to be in possession of nude images of a child. The investigation was presented to a McCracken County Grand Jury on Friday, August 30.

Detectives were aware of Tindell due to a search warrant that had been conducted on Tindell's home in late 2018 in which he was charged with solicitation or sexual exploitation of a minor.

Tindell is being charged with prohibited use of an electronic communication system to procure a minor and possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor.
