McCRACKEN COUNTY, KY - At about 4:15 pm Saturday, September 8th, 38-year-old Bill Derington of Paducah, lost control of his vehicle while turning into his driveway, running his 2006 Dodge Ram truck through his yard, hitting a small tree, and flipping the truck into a creek bed of rocks.

Investigators on scene cited Derington for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs first offense, a class B misdemeanor. Derrington was taken by EMS to a Paducah area hospital with minor injuries.
