A Paducah man has been arrested on stalking and trespassing charges.

The Paducah Police Department says that victim told them she had heard groaning and sniffling noises outside of her bedroom window in the middle of the night several times since November. Detectives said their investigation revealed 32-year-old Jeffery K. Suggs as a suspect. Suggs was arrested Friday at his place of employment on Joe Clifton Drive.

Police say Suggs admitted to standing outside the woman’s window more than a dozen times since late 2015. He was booked into McCracken County Jail on second-degree stalking and third-degree criminal trespassing charges.
