Paducah Pedestrian Struck by Car

PADUCAH, KY - A Paducah man was hit by a car Monday on Lutes Road.

On Monday at around 5:00 p.m. a minivan driven by 76-year-old Woody Burrow, of Paducah hit 41-year-old Richard Tracy, also of Paducah. The collision happened near the 300 block of Lutes Road.

Tracy was standing near the shoulder of the roadway when the vehicle driven by Burrow struck Tracy with its mirror.

Tracy was transported by Mercy EMS to Lourdes Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
