The Paducah Police SWAT team spent the day volunteering at the home of a 98-year-old World War II veteran in Paducah.

A large hole had been left after a tree had been removed, and needed to be filled.  They also worked to empty and demolish a shed on the property for the veteran.

The Paducah SWAT team was joined by members of the military as well as other agencies and individuals.

The volunteer day was organized by Papa John's Pizza.
