A Paducah teen charged in connection with the Valentine’s Day shooting of a Paducah man turned himself in to police Thursday afternoon.
According to Paducah Police, 18-year-old Kiante Vaughn turned himself in at the U.S. Marshals’ office in the Federal Courthouse downtown and was turned over to detectives.
Det. Chris Baxter said Vaughn was charged with shooting Johnny Harmon III about 2:30 am Feb. 14 outside of The Brickhouse, at 901 Boyd St. Harmon suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
Baxter said U.S. Marshals have been assisting in trying to find Vaughn since the shooting. Vaughn was interviewed and booked into McCracken County Regional Jail.
