Paducah Woman Faces Prostitution, Pot Charges

A Paducah woman was arrested Thursday on prostitution and drug charges.

The McCracken County Sheriff's Office says detectives arrested 19-year-old Melissa Smith on prostitution and marijuana possession charges after undercover detectives responded to an online ad and met her in a parking lot in Lone Oak, where she agreed to have sex for money.

Smith was out on bond for possession of meth and other offenses at the time of her arrest. She was booked into the McCracken County Regional Jail.
