Police Seek Woman Missing Since Halloween

Authorities are looking for a woman reported missing since Oct. 31.

The Paducah Police Department says 37-year-old Angela Madrid was last seen around 2:00 pm on Halloween in the 5000 block of Cairo Road. Police say she does not have a permanent residence.

Madrid is white, 5'4" tall and weighs 145 pounds. She has medium length blonde hair and gray eyes. She has a tattoo that says "98-KYLEIGH" with a butterfly on her leg, and a tattoo of a bird on her shoulder. She was last seen wearing a black shirt with "MIZZOU" in gold letters, blue jeans and black flip flops.

Anyone who knows where Madrid might be is asked to contact law enforcement.
