Police Want to Speak with 'Door Checking' Suspect

Authorities in McCracken County are looking for a man they say was seen checking for unlocked doors in a west end neighborhood over the weekend.

Detectives with the McCracken County Sheriff's Department said a male suspect was seen checking doors in a west end neighborhood during the overnight hours sometime over the weekend. Police say the man is black, with light skin. He was dressed in all black, and appears to have dreadlocks.  

Detectives said they are asking for any assistance the public may bring forward in identifying the man in the surveillance photo. There haven't been any reports of theft activity in the area, but authorities say they still want to find the man for questioning.
