Paducah Main Street will hold their third annual Pretty Super Saturday Meet & Greet from 10 am until 3 pm on Saturday, July 21.
The free event features more than two dozen superheroes, princesses, and costumed characters stationed at local businesses and the downtown gazebo.
Stop at the gazebo at 2nd Street and Broadway to pick up a free map. Autograph books are available and can be personalized at MAKE Paducah located at 628 Broadway.
JD Pass Carriage will host free carriage rides including the Cinderella Carriage, Trolley, and Super Shuttle.
Characters include the following princesses: Ariel, Belle, Cinderella, Elsa and Anna, Jasmine, Moana, Rapunzel, Sleeping Beauty, Snow White, Tiana, and Tinker Bell.
From Star Wars, be on the lookout for Kylo Ren, R2-D2, and Darth Vader.
Other costumed characters include Batgirl, Batman, Beast Boy, Black Widow, Captain Jack Sparrow, Catwoman, Deadpool, Harley Quinn, Iron Patriot, Joker, Mary Poppins, Scarlet Witch, Wolverine, and Wonder Woman.
Several Paducah Fire Department firefighters with a fire truck and Paducah Police officers with a patrol car will also be in attendance.
In addition there will be face painting, balloon animals, a crafts table, and superhero tattoos. Many of the downtown restaurants and organizations are participating by providing foods that kids love including burgers, hot dogs, tacos, and quesadillas. Plus, kids will enjoy the Super Hero obstacle course at Citizens Gym located at 226 Broadway.
