Prime Care Moving from West Park Village

PADUCAH, KY - Baptist Prime Care is moving from West Park Village to the Western Baptist Hospital campus.
Prime Care’s last day at its current location is Wednesday, September 26. It will reopen at the Western Baptist location on Monday, October 1.
“We will have the same qualified staff and friendly service available to anyone who needs primary medical care," said David Saxon, M.D.
The walk-in clinic is staffed by physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners.
No appointments are needed, and designated parking is available in front of Doctors' Office Building 1 for Prime Care patients.
Hours are 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday through Friday, and 8:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturdays. The new address is Doctors' Office Building 1, Suite 103, 2601 Kentucky Avenue in Paducah. The phone number is 270-415-4860.
