Special Events Coordinator Molly Tomasallo says, “Carsie Blanton is a real original with throwback style. The first song I heard from her reminded me of Billie Holiday, full of soul, jazz, sweetness, and a touch of spunk. Inspiration from Cole Porter, Nina Simone, Ella Fitzgerald, and Billie Holiday is evident in her music and style. Come prepared to slow down, sit back, and let her sweet notes soothe your soul. You might even imagine you’ve been taken back to the 1930’s and 40’s.” For more information about singer-songwriter Carsie Blanton, visit the link below.
