PADUCAH, KY - The National Weather Service office in Paducah recorded record morning lows this weekend. 

Saturday's low of 55 degrees eclipsed the previous record low of 56, set in 2008.  Sunday morning the mercury dipped to 57 degrees, which tied the all time mark set in 1982.

Although Friday had the cooler daytime temperature of only 81 degrees, the Friday morning low of 62 did not approach the record of 51, set in 2004.

Normal morning lows in Paducah for this time of year average 66 degrees, and normal afternoon highs average 89 degrees.
