Reidland Intermediate School Has New Principal

PADUCAH - A new principal has been named for Reidland Intermediate School.

Shaun Thomas, a ten year veteran of the McCracken County Schools, has been selected for the new assignment. Thomas began his career with McCracken County Schools in 2008 as an instructional assistant at Reidland High School. In 2009, he became a history teacher at Lone Oak High School, and also taught at Reidland High School and Lone Oak Middle School. He most recently was the assistant principal at Lone Oak Intermediate School.

"I couldn't be more excited to serve the students and families of the Reidland community," Thomas said.

He received his Bachelor's Degree from Murray State University. He also received a Master's Degree and Rank 1 from the University of the Cumberlands.
