Semi Crash Caused Slowdown on HWY 60 Traffic

Traffic was slowed this morning on Highway 60 at Bethel Church Road in west McCracken County due to an overturned semi for well over an hour.

According to the the McCracken County Sheriff’s Department, a semi met another vehicle that was over the center line. The semi went into a ditch, rolling the tractor and trailer on its right side. The driver of the semi refused medical treatment at the scene.

The roadway was restricted to one lane for an extended period of time this morning for the cleanup of the collision. 

Traffic has now been restored in both directions, according to the McCracken County Sheriff's Department.
