McCRACKEN CO. KY - One man was hurt Saturday night in a collision in McCracken County.

At approximately 9:30 pm, deputies with the McCracken County Sheriff's Department responded to the intersection of Woodville Road and Rogers Road for a single vehicle accident with injuries. Upon arrival, it was found that 17-year-old William Brandon of West Paducah, was operating a 2010 Pontiac passenger car on Woodville Road. Brandon was traveling West on Woodville Road when he failed to negotiate a curve and ran off the roadway. The car struck a culvert and then hit a tree.

Brandon was transported to a local hospital for apparent non-life threatening injuries. Deputies were assisted at the scene by Mercy Regional Ambulance Service and West McCracken Fire Department.
