Six Arrested After Paducah Drug Investigation

A drug investigation Wednesday sent six Paducah residents to jail on various charges.

According to the McCracken County Sheriff's Department, numerous complaints were received of alleged drug activity occurring at the 2100 block of Bridge Street in Paducah. At approximately 1:30 pm Wednesday, detectives conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by 32-year-old Dale W. Lynn. During a search of his vehicle, deputies reportedly found methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Lynn was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Detectives then obtained a search warrant  for the Bridge Street address. There, police found loaded syringes with methamphetamine, scales, smoking pipes, baggies, false containers and other items.

Deputies arrested 21-year-old Amy Dixon, 34-year-old Jessica Wilson, 33-year-old Louis Smith, 28-year-old Michele L. Margritz and 26-year-old Britney L Dyer-Cash at the home. All were charged with possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Deputies also arrested 28-year-old Michele L. Margritz on outstanding warrants out of Marshall and Muhlenberg counties for possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia.

All six were booked into the McCracken County Regional Jail. Police said additional arrests and charges are likely.
