Splash Pad Open at Rotary Health Park

The splash pad and restrooms are open and running at the Pat & Jim Brockenborough Rotary Health Park at 421 North 13th Street.

The city says the splash pad area has picnic benches and a water fountain. Plus, there are sensors in the concrete that trigger the water if anyone touches or steps on them.

The sensors allow the city to save water when no one is there.

The splash park is open daily from 10 am until 8 pm until the weather gets chilly.
