Sponsors Buy Naming Rights to McCracken Fields

At Thursday's McCracken County School Board meeting, members unanimously approved new naming rights contracts with two local businesses.

Beginning this school year and for the duration of a five-year contract, the high school soccer/track and field will go by its new name, “Mercy Health Field,” and the baseball field will go by “Edward Jones Field.” 

Together the two contracts will bring in $72,500 in additional funds for the high school over the next five years (Mercy Health giving $50,000, and Edward Jones & Co. giving $22,500).
