PADUCAH - Four defendants appeared in McCracken County Circuit Court last Thursday and Friday.

The McCracken County Circuit Court Clerk says since the courtrooms are closed, most hearings have taken place in the jail. Details on the cases were not available until this week.

Thirty-eight-year-old Larico Gaddie had a pre-trial conference related to charges of attempted murder, wanton endangerment, criminal mischief and possession of a handgun by a felon. These charges stem from an incident on April 1 where Gaddie allegedly chased an 18-year-old while repeatedly firing a gun at them. Gaddie's next pretrial conference is set for February 15.

An arraignment was held for 45-year-old Corey Thorson. After a not guilty plea was entered, a pre-trial conference was scheduled for January 25. Thorson faces three counts of impersonating a peace officer and three counts of harassing communications. The McCracken Sheriff's Office says that between June 23 and August 12, they got three separate complaints that Thorson had impersonated an ATF agent and made demands of the victims, threatening arrest or other consequences if his demands weren't met. He was arrested August 13.

Thirty-year-old Charles Tanner had a pretrial conference on 100 charges related to child pornography, and another pre-trial conference was set for December 8. Tanner was arrested May 21 after an investigation and search warrant allegedly revealed over 2,000 images of child porn on his electronic devices. He faces 99 counts of possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor and one count of use of a minor in a sexual performance.

A motion hour was held Friday for 19-year-old Kevin Hall. He's facing charges of first-degree rape and strangulation from January. The female victim told McCracken Sheriff's Deputies Hall strangled her while forcibly raping her at his home. Hall's pre-trial conference is scheduled for December 19.
