Three men charged in a shooting incident at Noble Park in July were arraigned Thursday.

A McCracken County circuit court clerk said 20-year-old James Burlingame, 19-year-old Austin Cunningham, and 18-year-old Ellas Mobley were arraigned for 1st degree robbery, and their pretrial conference is set for October 21 with Judge Tim Kaltenbach.

Mobley also faces a 1st degree assault charge, and Burlingame faces 1st degree wanton endangerment charges.

A juvenile who was involved faces complicity to 1st degree robbery.

Police were called to Noble Park's Shelter 20 on July 30 because shots were fired, and they found 23-year-old Jonathan Riley with a gunshot wound to his ankle. Police say the incident allegedly escalated from a drug deal to a robbery and a shooting.

The incident happened not far from the Noble Park amphitheater, just before a Movies in the Park event was set to begin. The park was evacuated by Park Rangers and local law enforcement.
