Three Vehicle Crash on I-24 Injures One

PADUCAH, KY - Three people were hurt Monday afternoon in an I-24 crash involving several vehicles.

At around 2:13 pm Monday, McCracken County Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to a multiple car injury collision on I-24 east near the 9 mile marker.

According to deputies, 23-year-old Zach Lane, of Tuscaloosa, AL slowed abruptly due to traffic conditions.  57-year-old Gloria Bugg, of Benton attempted to avoid striking Lane's vehicle, but was unsuccessful. Bugg then swerved, and was struck by 20-year-old Crystal Clark, of Paducah.

All occupants of the vehicles were wearing seat belts.  Clark was taken to Baptist Health for minor injuries.
