Traffic Stop Finds Drugs, Outstanding Warrant

PADUCAH - An early morning traffic stop netted drugs and the arrest of a Cadiz woman.

According to the McCracken County Sheriff's Department, deputies conducted a traffic stop around midnight on Wednesday. During the stop, deputies learned that the passenger, 23-year-old Ashley Tabor of Cadiz, had an active arrest warrant from Trigg County. Deputies said Tabor also had methamphetamine concealed and had tried to discard it on the roadway.

Tabor was arrested and and transported to the McCracken County Regional Jail on charges of possession of meth, tampering with physical evidence, and on the outstanding warrant from Trigg County.
