A traffic stop Wednesday night in McCracken County led to a drug arrest.

Deputies with the McCracken County Sheriff’s Department stopped a car for traffic violations just after midnight. Deputies said the driver, 33-year-old Justin Turner of Paducah, was driving without insurance.

During the stop, deputies reportedly searched the car and found three glass smoking pipes containing methamphetamine, baggies, digital scales and a pill bottle containing several muscle relaxers. Turner was arrested and lodged in the McCracken County Regional Jail.

He faces numerous charges, including possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal possession of a legend drug and prescription controlled substance not in the proper container.
