Two people were hurt Monday evening in a crash near the Ledbetter Bridge.

The McCracken County Sheriff's Department says deputies responded at around 6:00 pm to a crash at the intersection of US-60, near the Ledbetter Bridge. According to the report, 56-year-old Lee Lamb of Tiline was stopped at the stoplight and preparing to make a left turn when his vehicle was rear-ended by 23-year-old Kelsey Frensley, also of Tiline, who was traveling with two small children. Deputies said Frensley told them she was unable to stop prior to rear-ending Lamb.

Both Frensley and Lamb were taken to area hospitals for treatment of their injuries.
