Two Injured in Berger Road Accident
By West Kentucky Star Staff
PADUCAH - A single-vehicle accident late Thursday resulted in two people being taken to a local hospital.

McCracken County Sheriff's deputies were called to the intersection of Berger Road and Old Mayfield Road for an injury accident.  They said 25-year-old Carolyn Turner of Paducah was eastbound on Berger Road when she failed to stop at the intersection of Old Mayfield Road.

Turner's vehicle traveled across the intersection and collided with a guardrail. Speed is believed to be a factor in the collision.

Turner and a passenger, 30-year-old Omar Lee of Paducah, were transported to a local hospital for treatment of their injuries.
