Two Vehicle Crash on US 45 Sends One to Hospital

A two-vehicle crash Tuesday night in McCracken County left one person injured. According to the McCracken County Sheriff's Office, the crash happened at approximately 8:15pm at the intersection of US 45 and Krebs Station Road, south of Lone Oak. 

Deputies said 47-year-old Jeff Adams of Hickory had slowed to avoid a deer while traveling southbound on US 45. According to police, 73-year-old Alice Taylor of Mayfield was unable to stop in time and rear-ended Adams' pickup truck.

 

Taylor was transported to an area hospital for treatment of her injuries.
