VIDEO: City Manager Discusses Mission Statement

In another addition of the city's video series, "Your City at Work," Public Information Officer Pam Spencer speaks with City Manager Jim Arndt about the new City of Paducah Mission Statement which is, "To Be the Best City in the World." 

They also discuss each of the updated organizational values.  The six values are action-oriented, solution-driven, every person matters, fiscal responsibility, customer experience, and personal accountability.   You can watch the video below:
