Vocal Authority Performs Sunday at Margaret Hank

PADUCAH, KY - Vocal Authority, Bethel University’s energetic, inspiring “performance troupe” is coming to Margaret Hank Cumberland Presbyterian Church Sunday night for a performance at 6:30 pm.

The 16-vocalist group showcases a complete rhythm section of student musicians and encompasses vocal and instrumental talent that will thrill audiences everywhere. Vocal Authority performs a variety of uplifting, spiritual songs that will excite you and make them feel the presence of God.

Vocal Authority is directed by the Reverend Peter Jeffrey, senior executive director of Bethel University’s Renaissance program. Jeffrey is also one of the founding directors of Renaissance which began in 2004. Before he came to McKenzie he was the music leader for Jo Dee Messina, Mike Reid, and many others as well as worship leader for several churches. Jeffrey was awarded a Dove award for his song, “Without You (I Haven’t Got a Prayer.)” Recently he completed his degree to become an ordained minister. Rev. Jeffrey continues to use the talents that God blessed him with to inspire and minister to his students.
