Pool Hosts Walk the Plank Party, Movie, Dog Swim

PADUCAH, KY - There is still plenty of time to enjoy the Noble Park Pool before the end of the season. The pool season has been extended to Wednesday, August 8. Also, the pool is open seven days a week with general admission of $1 every day through August 8. The pool is open Monday through Saturday, 12-6 pm and Sunday, 1-5 pm.
A Walk the Plank party will be held at the pool on Saturday, July 28. The pirate-themed party includes concessions at the “Shipwreck Bay” concession stand with treats for purchase like peanut butter and jelly pockets, cheeseburgers, candy, soda, and ice cream. Regular admission and concession fees apply. Eye patches will be handed out to the first 200 attendees.
The Dive-in Movie will be Friday, August 3, with the showing of “The Goonies” (1985 movie; rated PG; 114 minutes). The pool will open at 8 pm with the movie starting at dusk (approximately 8:30 pm). In keeping with the Dollar Day schedule, the cost for the movie is $1 per person. Concessions are available for purchase.
The Noble Park Pool will close for the season at the end of the day on Sunday, August 8. Dogs must be licensed. At registration, handlers must bring copies of certification showing each dog is up-to-date on vaccinations. Handlers must be at least 16 years old and must remain on deck for the duration of the swim. The cost is $10 per dog.
