Walk to End Alzheimer's at Carson Center Saturday

PADUCAH, KY - Purchase Area residents will unite Saturday to raise awareness and funds to reclaim the future for millions at the Alzheimer’s Association’s Walk to End Alzheimer’s®. The Walk is this Saturday, Oct..7th with registration beginning at 9 am at the Carson Center, 100 Kentucky Ave. in downtown Paducah.

Registration starts at 9 am. The welcome and Promise Garden Ceremony are at 9:45 am and the walk gets underway at 10 am. 

In 2016, the Purchase Area Walk to End Alzheimer’s raised over $68,000, contributing to more than $82.5 million raised nationwide for care, support, and research efforts for those impacted by Alzheimer's.

Walk to End Alzheimer's participants will learn about Alzheimer's disease, advocacy opportunities, clinical studies enrollment, and support programs and services. Walk participants also honor those affected by Alzheimer's disease with the poignant Promise Garden ceremony.
