PADUCAH, KY - The heavy rain and flash flooding that Paducah experienced nearly two weeks ago washed out a section of the Greenway Trail between Stuart Nelson Park and County Park Road.  

Today, a quarter mile section of the trail in that area will be closed to the public to allow Engineering-Public Works crews to repair the trail surface. The work is expected to last one day; however, depending upon the weather, the work may take a little longer. The City of Paducah apologizes for any inconvenience.
