Englehart to Face Sex Charges Oct. 15 in Massac

METROPOLIS, IL - Trial has been set for Oct. 15 for a convicted sex offender who now faces new charges.
Monty Englehart is accused of unlawful failure to notify an address change of a sex offender, predatory criminal sexual assault of a child, aggravated criminal sexual abuse and child pornography
Englehart was arrested in 2011 in Wyoming, after being featured on the television program America's Most Wanted. Charges were originally made in Massac County in 2008.
