JOPPA, IL - A domestic disturbance call resulted in a Joppa man being arrested on multiple charges Sunday.

Massac County Sheriff’s deputies got a domestic disturbance call from 198 North Ave. in Joppa at about 7 p.m. Sunday. Deputies found 53-year-old Stevie Moreland to have several warrants out for his arrest.
 
Moreland is charged with failure to appear on a charge of participation in the production of methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine precursors, and resisting arrest.
 
He was taken to the Massac County Jail and is held on a $51,500 bond.
