The National Weather Service in Paducah says parts of the area could get a little snow tonight.

In a special weather statement, forecasters say a dusting of snow, possibly up to 1/2-inch, is possible in an area stretching from Pinckneyville and Benton, IL toward Evansville, IN, and to the southeast toward Madisonville, KY. They say this could impact any untreated roads in the area.

The Weather Service is forecasting a better chance of accumulating snow for Sunday night into Monday morning, but hasn't yet said exactly how much. They say it is still too early to pinpoint exact locations and snowfall amounts, but "minor accumulations are possible" for most of the quad-state area.
