Wind Advisory Today with Marginal Risk For Storms

The National Weather Service has issued a hazardous weather outlook today due to the potential for thunderstorms and gusty winds. A wind advisory has also been issued until 9 pm.

The chance of thunderstorms is associated with the passing of a strong cold front. Strong winds are possible in the morning, but even stronger northeast winds are likely during the afternoon and evening. 

Peak wind gusts will likely be 40-45 mph, which could cause minor damage and impact driving condiditons. 

After a high of 70 on Saturday, Sunday will be much colder with a high only in the 40s.
