Rainfall will continue today, mostly as showers. The probability of precipitation is 80 percent Monday, then 60 percent Monday night and Tuesday.
The NWS office in Nashville is also seeing a threat for middle Tennessee in the form of heavier rains into the work week. Heavy rains and training storms could cause some areas to receive 2 to 6 inches of rain over the next few days, mainly east of I-65.
The Clarksville area is mentioned to have the possibility of 1 to 4 inches from Sunday through Wednesday. This could raise the possibility of some flooding, especially in areas that are prone to collect high water.
