Two Arrested for Burglary in Massac County

Two Massac County men were arrested Saturday.

At about 2:35 pm Massac County Sheriff received a call of a burglary to a storage building. The only Deputy available was in the Unionville area. Metropolis Police were asked to respond until the Deputy could arrive. Upon arrival the Deputy found that Metropolis Police had taken two men in custody for the alleged burglary and for drug possession. The owner of the storage building identified property in the suspects' vehicle as being taken from the storage building.

Deputies arrested 39 year old Frank Henderson of Metropolis and 35 year old Christopher Harris of Brookport for burglary, theft over $500, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
